Hankinnan kohteena on Broadcomin VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) lisenssipalvelu (käyttöoikeuksineen) ja erikseen tilattavat tukipalvelut. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Tilaajana hankinnassa on Meidän IT ja talous Oy (Meita) ja sopimus tehdään kilpailutuksen perusteella valitun yhden toimittajan kanssa.
Hankintasopimusta tulee käyttämään ainoastaan Tilaaja ja syntyvän sopimuksen osapuolina ovat ainoastaan Meita ja valittu Toimittaja. Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Meitan asiakkaat eivät ole tämän kilpailutuksen tai sen perusteella tehtävän hankintasopimuksen sopijapuolia. Sopimuksen mukaiset Lisenssit ja Palvelut ovat Tilaajan käytettävissä viimeistään 1.4.2027.
