Description
Subject of the Contract TenneT intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of commercial project support services for offshore HVDC infrastructure projects in Spain. The services shall support the commercial management of large-scale EPC projects and may include contract and claim management, cost controlling/cost engineering, and general commercial management activities. Services will be provided through individual call-offs during the term of the framework agreement.
The contractor shall provide suitably qualified personnel with experience in large-scale infrastructure, offshore, energy, or EPC projects. Local presence in Spain and compliance with applicable national labor, tax, and social security regulations are required. Location of Performance: Spain (primarily Puerto Real and Algeciras).
Framework Agreement Duration: Expected until 30 November 2031. Procurement Structure: One lot covering commercial onsite support services in Spain.
