Description
Deze opdracht gaat over het onderhouden van het kantoorgebouw van Thuiswest. Dit omhelst het dagelijks poetsen van bureau's, vergaderzalen, refter en sanitaire ruimtes. Alsook voorzien in koffie en poetsen van de koffiehoeken.
Er wordt gewerkt volgens een vast schema. Twee maal per jaar moet ook het parket geboend worden. En jaarlijks de ramen van het kantoorgebouw en de zonnepanelen poetsen.
Mogelijks kunnen er ook extra poetsopdrachten gegeven worden zoals garages opkuisen of na een evenement. De inschrijver is verplicht elke onduidelijkheid, tegenstrijdigheid of onregelmatigheid in het bestek schriftelijk te melden vóór de indiening van de offerte en via de voorziene communicatiekanalen. Door het indienen van een offerte verklaart de inschrijver het volledige bestek te hebben nagelezen en dit zonder voorbehoud te aanvaarden.
Het niet of laattijdig melden sluit elke latere betwisting uit.
