78182 UL BAR NIN Transcutaneous CO2 monitor - VEAT notice.

Oslo University Hospital (henceforth also referred to as OUS) intends to enter into a contract with Timik AS for the procurement of Sentec transcutaneous co2 monitors for the Newborn Intensive Care Department. A total of 8, with an option for a further 6 for OUS. The monitors must have a suitable and accompanying computer programme for transferring and analysing data, for interaction with other departments at the hospital with the same type of equipment.

Timik AS is, according to OUS ́s knowledge, the only possible supplier of this type of equipment in the market now and the terms in the public procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2 are deemed to be fulfilled. Objections to this voluntary ex ante transparency notice must be made in the communication module in Mercell, at the latest 10 days after publication.
