Haviland wenst haar vennoten te ondersteunen bij de zoektocht naar een opdrachtnemer om elektrische deelwagens uit te rollen, alsook de mogelijkheid te hebben eigen elektrische deelwagens (die evenwel voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen (bijlage 3)) in te kantelen in een deelsysteem. Deze elektrische wagens kunnen als dienstvoertuig functioneren, waarnaast ze ook gebruikt kunnen worden door burgers of bedrijven, al dan niet buiten de kantooruren. Het is eveneens mogelijk om een deelwagen te plaatsen niet als dienstvoertuig, maar louter als deelwagen voor privé gebruik.
Door intergemeentelijke samenwerking wensen de vennoten het autodeelsysteem optimaal te maximaliseren. De gemeenten kunnen zo de duurzame ontwikkelingsdoelstellingen (SDG’s), vastgesteld door de Verenigde Naties, zoals betaalbare en duurzame energie, innovatie en infrastructuur, duurzame steden en gemeenschappen en partnerschap bereiken.
