Description
De opdracht beoogt het onderhoud van de HVAC-installaties in de gebouwen van de Stad, het AGB en het OCMW zoals opgesomd in de als bijlage gevoegde inventaris, om te garanderen dat ze in de meest comfortabele en veilige omstandigheden kunnen worden gebruikt, en rekening houdend met de staat waarin de installaties aan de opdrachtnemer worden toevertrouwd. De onderhoudsfirma gaat de verbintenis aan, gedurende de periode van de opdracht, alle toegewezen installaties te onderhouden, reinigen, ontstoren, keuren, aanpassen, etc. Hij zal hierbij ook alle nodige documenten opmaken en alle onderhoudsrapporten via e-mail aan de opdrachtgever ter beschikking stellen.
Gedurende de periode van de opdracht, staat de opdrachtnemer ook in voor de eventuele vervanging van ketels, pompen, sturingen, etc. van versleten installaties.
