Für die Ertüchtigung der Umleiterstrecke Lübeck – Büchen (Strecke 1121), die im Rahmen der Generalsanierung Lübeck - Hamburg umgesetzt werden soll, müssen diverse Verkehre umgeleitet werden. Um die Umleiterverkehre, die während der 5-monatigen Totalsperrung der Strecke 1120 (Lübeck – Hamburg) erwartet werden, auf der Strecke 1121 aufnehmen zu können, muss eine Blockoptimierung auf der Gesamtstrecke durchgeführt werden. Dazu kommt eine Dammertüchtigung inkl.
Oberbauerneuerung mit PSS und mehrere Stützwände und Durchlässe sind zu erneuern. Weiterhin sind Bahnsteigverlängerungen erforderlich, die Inhalt dieser Vergabe sind.
