De raamovereenkomst voor onderhoud en pechverhelping behelst o.a.:
- het tweejaarlijkse onderhoud van individuele gastoestellen voor centrale verwarming en/of productie van sanitair warmwater: cv-ketels, wandketels, gecombineerde wandketels en doorstroomwaterverwarmers op gas volgens de betreffende voorschriften in het besluit van de Vlaamse Regering van 8 december 2006
- het jaarlijks onderhoud van accumulatiekachels en elektrische boilers
- het instaan voor het onderhoud en de reiniging van de rookgasafvoeren van de vermelde toestellen in de bijgevoegde inventarislijst
- het uitvoeren van herstellingen aan de vermelde toestellen in de bijgevoegde inventarislijst
- het uitvoeren van verwarmingsaudits op centrale stooktoestellen met een vermogen groter dan 20 kW
- onderhoud warmtepompen om de 2 jaar
- pechverhelping accumulatiekachels te Wachtebeke
- het up-to-date houden van een inventarislijst van verschillende toestellen binnen het patrimonium.
