Description
VRT wil een raamovereenkomst afsluiten voor de aanschaf van een IPTV-headend en IPTV-middleware met Digital Signage-functionaliteit, inclusief de levering van bijbehorende materialen en eindapparatuur (zoals displays, set-top boxen en monitors), benodigde hardware en software, en professionele diensten voor de ondersteuning en het onderhoud van deze systemen. De onderstaande informatie wordt enkel bekendgemaakt met de bedoeling om ondernemers toe te laten een juiste inschatting te maken om al dan niet een aanvraag tot deelneming in te dienen in het kader van deze overheidsopdracht. Deze informatie kan in het bestek verder worden verfijnd of aangepast.
Deze overeenkomst kadert in een project van de verhuis naar een nieuw VRT-mediagebouw, waarbij het technisch uitwerken van alle mediaspecifieke ruimtes is gebundeld onder “Mediafaciliteiten”. Het domein werkomgeving is binnen mediafaciliteiten onder meer verantwoordelijk voor de digital signage en IPTV in het gebouw. VRT zoekt een integrator om dit verder uit te werken, te integreren en te onderhouden.
De opdracht wordt in volgende percelen onderverdeeld: Perceel 1: IPTV en Digital Signage middleware + endpoints Perceel 2: IPTV headend
