De afdeling Energie-Efficiëntie van het Vlaams Energiebedrijf (hierna “veb”) biedt ter ondersteuning van haar klanten diverse energiebesparende en renovatieoplossingen aan. Via deze Raamovereenkomst wil veb de opmaak van studiedossiers voor patrimonia in eigendom van of beheerd door de Opdrachtgevers, bepaald in § 2.2 van het Bestek, faciliteren. Deze studiedossiers hebben betrekking op de energetische renovatie van de gebouwschil en diverse technieken, of op een mogelijke Totaalrenovatie van gebouwen.
De beoogde Opdrachtnemers voor onderhavige Raamovereenkomst zijn studiebureaus.
