Gebouw B703 is een eerstelijnsgebouw dat wordt gebruikt voor grondafhandelingsactiviteiten. Het gebouw bestaat uit vier delen: B703, B703a, B703b en B703f. Het beoogde doel van het project is de renovatie van de gebouwdelen 703a, b en f, met een totale magazijnoppervlakte van 12.500m², en dit om de levensduur met 15 jaar te verlengen.
Nota: gebouwdeel B703 valt buiten de scope van deze werken. De scope van de renovatiewerken omvat onder andere:
- Het in lijn brengen met de huidige brand- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Het herinrichten naar BAC-standaarden van 5.000m² aan bestaande kantoren, alsook sanitaire en andere gebruiksruimtes
- Het afkoppelen van het bestaande warmtenet en het upgraden van de technische installaties van zowel kantoren als magazijn (sprinklers, HVAC, elektriciteit,…)
- (Energetische) renovaties aan het gebouw en de gebouwschil, in lijn met efficiënte technische installaties
- Esthetische kwaliteit: moderne look and feel van het gebouw.
