Stad Oostende maakt momenteel gebruik van een facility management information system FMIS als centraal gebouwenmeldpunt dat door alle stadsmedewerkers intensief gebruikt wordt. De software vormt de basis voor de werking van heel wat diensten binnen de directie Facilitair Beheer en bevat heel wat informatie, zowel op vlak van gebouwenbeheer als het beheer van kantoorartikelen, schoonmaakproducten als EHBO-materialen en dergelijke meer. De huidig lopende opdracht eindigt voorlopig op 31 december 2026.
Voor de ingebruikname van een eventueel potentieel nieuw systeem dienen de bestaande gegevens uit het huidige programma dat tot dan in gebruik blijft te worden overgezet en gekoppeld naar het systeem. De eventuele potentiële opdrachtnemer dient hiertoe op voorhand te kunnen starten met het omschakelingstraject. Tijdens de overstap naar een eventueel potentieel nieuw systeem dient bij de overdracht van gegevens en het koppelen naar een nieuw pakket de ongestoorde werking van de diensten verzekerd te blijven.
Deze ingreep verdient daarom de nodige omzichtigheid en dialoog met de eventuele potentiële nieuwe opdrachtnemer die op basis van de eigen expertise de mogelijkheden voor deze opdracht moet kunnen aanreiken. Om de opdrachtdocumenten te kunnen downloaden wordt u gevraagd een e-mailadres op te geven.
