Deze raamovereenkomst voorziet in de levering, plaatsing en onderhoud van IoT-sensoren en tevens de connectiviteit met het IoT-platform. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen, meer bepaald: ● Perceel 1: Sensoren: dit betreft zowel de levering als de plaatsing en onderhoud van de sensoren. De opdrachtnemer voorziet in productkeuze, installatie, afregeling en onderhoud.
Van de dienstverlener wordt verwacht om tussen te komen indien bijvoorbeeld de sensoren niet meer bereikbaar zijn. Ook monitoring, upgrades van releases en firmware zijn inbegrepen. Momenteel maakt het IoT-platform voornamelijk gebruik van ANPR-sensoren.
Echter zijn deze sensoren niet beperkt tot deze ANPR-sensoren. Ook track- en trace sensoren en radiofrequentiesensoren worden door het IoT-platform gebruikt. ● Perceel 2: Connectiviteit: dit perceel heeft betrekking op dataconnectiviteit. De opdrachtnemer voorziet in advies, implementatie, beheer, monitoring en onderhoud van geïntegreerde oplossingen om de verzamelde data van de IoT-sensor door te geven aan het centrale IoT-platform via verschillende media.
