AWV voert een asbestinventarisatie uit op de bestaande assets (bruggen, dienstgebouwen (algemeen), pompstations en onderdoorgangen met uitzondering van tunnels. Dit betreft assets die voor 2001 zijn aangelegd, aangezien asbest toen nog in bouwmaterialen werd verwerkt. Het doel van de inventarisatie is om te achterhalen waar asbest zich bevindt, zodat de risico’s in kaart kunnen worden gebracht De diensten omvatten hoofdzakelijk: - opstellen asbestinventarissen volgens de bepalingen van de codex welzijn op het werk - jaarlijkse update asbestinventarissen - analyses, luchtmetingen van asbest, lood, chroom-6,…
