Het voorwerp van deze opdracht bestaat in hoofdzaak uit de opmaak van asbestinventarisattesten (= “asbestattesten”) voor particulieren, ondernemingen en overheidsinstanties (scholen uitgezonderd) binnen het werkingsgebied van IGEMO, hierna (potentiële) afnemers genoemd.
