Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Laborleistungen zur Analyse epigenetischer Biomarker (DNA-Methylierung) aus Speichelproben im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts "Health Inequalities through Work and Epigenetic Aging" der Universität Konstanz. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere DNA-Extraktion, Bisulfit-Konversion, DNAm-Analysen mittels Illumina EPIC/EPIC-XTRA Arrays, technische Qualitätskontrollen sowie Datenaufbereitung und -bereitstellung. Die Analysen erfolgen im Rahmen einer longitudinalen Panelstudie über mehrere Messzeitpunkte mit insgesamt voraussichtlich rund 1.700 Speichelproben.
Optional können zusätzliche Leistungen wie die Berechnung epigenetischer Altersmaße und eine verlängerte Probenlagerung angeboten werden.
