Description
Het project heeft tot doel enkele bestaande verouderde gebouwen af te breken en te vervangen door een nieuwbouw met volgende functies: secundaire school met 350 plaatsen, gedeelde administratieve functies met de basisschool en een sporthal te Kalmthout. De nieuwbouw wordt ingepast op de site met als doel de werking van de gehele site tot een harmonieus geheel te brengen:
- Het behouden gebouw G02 huisvest een deel van het programma van de secundaire school, waarmee een nauwe link noodzakelijk is.
- De basisschool heeft nood aan administratieve zone en een polyvalente zaal, die mee in de nieuwbouw ondergebracht wordt, gedeeld door basis en secundair.
- De inrichting maakt het mogelijk om bepaalde functies in breed gebruik afzonderlijk te laten functioneren.
Het indicatieve Projectbudget is 10.500.000 euro incl. BTW en studiekosten. Met het oog op bewaking van kosten en termijnen, werd beslist de opdracht uit te voeren via een ‘DB-formule’, met name één overheidsopdracht voor ontwerp én uitvoering van de geleverde diensten en werken tot de definitieve oplevering door de Opdrachtnemer.
Tijdens de uitvoering wordt indicatief een aantal mijlpaalbetalingen voorzien.
