Deze overheidsopdracht heeft als voorwerp het uitvoeren van conditiemetingen in gebouwen. De opdracht omvat o.a.:

Inventarisatie van alle structurele elementen en technische installaties in de bestaande gebouwen
Beoordeling van de conditie van bovengenoemde elementen volgens de NEN2767-norm, met als doel de bouwtechnische staat van de gebouwen vast te leggen
Opstellen van een meerjarenonderhoudsplanning, met duidelijke prioriteiten voor onderhoud en renovatie
Opstellen van een risicomatrix per gebouwcategorie en vastleggen van een streefdoel voor de gebouwconditie, in overleg met de besteller.

Het eindresultaat fungeert als een managementtool die richting geeft aan de toekomstige ontwikkeling van het patrimonium. Deze tool biedt inzicht in de huidige staat van de gebouwen, de te verwachten kosten, de waarde van het vastgoed en de toekomstige mogelijkheden voor het gebruik van het pand. Het helpt om strategische beslissingen te nemen vanuit het perspectief van het patrimonium zelf.
