Met deze oproep Design & Renovate 2026-SES (D&R2026-SES) wil de aanbestedende overheid voor een periode van twee jaar (en stilzwijgend verlengbaar met 2 jaar) een raamovereenkomst sluiten voor het ontwerp en de uitvoering van schilrenovatie van sociale wooneenheden . In bepaalde gevallen gaat dit gepaard met een upgrade van de technieken. Aangezien de werken steeds worden uitgevoerd met blijvende bewoning van de zittende huurder, is het belangrijk dat de hinder voor de huurder en de uitvoeringstermijn van de werken tot een minimum beperkt blijven.
In alle gevallen voorziet de inschrijver ook de begeleiding van de bewoners tijdens de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de gevelrenovatie en de eventuele bijhorende upgrade van de technieken.
