Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die Bereitstellung einer Softwarelösung für die Telekommunikationskosten-Verrechnung und Prüfung für die Bundeswehr im Software-as-a-Service-Modell inklusive der Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen und dem Bezug von softwarenahen Vertragsleistungen (projektspezifische Anpassungen, Implementierungsunterstützung, Schulungsleistungen, Projektmanagement) auf Basis der Leistungsbeschreibung und dem Bezug im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb in Höhe von 673.200,00 Euro (Obergrenze: 1.009.800,00 Euro) an einen Vertragspartner zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer maximalen Laufzeit von 4 Jahren abgeschlossen. Die Leistungen werden im Zielbetrieb für die Bundeswehr zur Missbrauchsprüfung der Telekommunikationsrechnungen und Drittnutzerverrechnung durch die Bundeswehr benötigt.
