Description
Opdracht voor renovatie van 56 woningen te Olen, Gestelen. De woningen worden intern gerenoveerd. Daarnaast wordt het dak en de gevel extra geïsoleerd.
In de ganse woning worden de vloeren vervangen door harde vloeren waar mogelijk, indien niet mogelijk dan zal men laminaat gebruiken. Alle asbest wordt verwijderd uit de woning. Elektriciteit wordt vernieuwd in de keuken en badkamer en er zal een nieuwe elektrische keuring gebeuren.
Keukens, badkamers, trappen, toiletten worden vervangen. Overigens wordt er een ventilatie systeem-C toegevoegd. In volgende straten zullen de verbouwingswerken plaatsvinden: - Narcissenstraat: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 18, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 41, 43, 45, 47 - Anjerstraat: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 19, 21 - Seringenstraat: 1,5, 7, 11, 13 - Cliviastraat: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15 - Hondsstraat: 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31 De uitvoering moet gefaseerd gebeuren.
De bewoners worden tijdelijk herhuisvest.
