De Opdrachtnemer staat in voor het uitvoeren van de externe controleopdracht als controleorganisme in het kader van de scholenbouwprojecten van het DBFM-Programma. Deze Opdracht heeft als doel de structurele stabiliteit en de wind- en waterdichtheid van de gebouwen onafhankelijk te controleren, met het oog op de waarborg van de tienjarige aansprakelijkheid. De Opdracht omvat onder meer: - Bijwonen van overleg en beoordelen van ontwerpdocumenten inzake stabiliteit en bouwfysica - Controleren van uitvoeringsdocumenten en berekeningen (structuur, dak, gevels, details) - Uitvoeren van werfbezoeken met inspectieverslagen - Evalueren van testrapporten, meetresultaten en as-built plannen - Formuleren van een eindoordeel over de conformiteit m.b.t. de tienjarige aansprakelijkheid - Opstellen van een eindverslag bij het Proces-Verbaal van voorlopige oplevering
