Fase 3: Optimalisatie van het applicatie-en infrastructuurlandschap Deze fase richt zich op het verbeteren en uitbreiden van ons digitale platform binnen de Microsoft omgeving (SharePoint/Teams/Power Platform) tot een volwaardige digitale hub. De opgezette omgeving wordt uitgebreid met toepassingen die samenwerking en procesautomatisering ondersteunen. Dit omvat werkprocessen die data uit primaire bronnen verwerken en aanvullen, bijvoorbeeld door geautomatiseerde goedkeuringsflows, documentstromen of integraties met bestaande systemen.
Voorbeelden hiervan zijn het aanvragen van sociale of kottoelagen, het melden van afwezigheden, het beoordelen van stages en het beheren van portfolio's. Dit kan via flows binnenin SharePoint en PowerApps/PowerAutomate oplossingen. Deze fase vereist architecturale en infrastructurele wijzigingen in het huidige informaticalandschap.
Deze fase zal op projectmatige basis verlopen.
