Description
Am Universitätsklinikum Halle (Saale) (UKH) wurde ein hoher Stand der Digitalisierung erreicht. Viele Prozesse werden bereits digital bearbeitet. Seit ca. 2018 wird für Verwaltungsprozesse Microsoft SharePoint eingesetzt; seit ca. 2022 zusätzlich auch Nintex-Workflow für SharePoint.
Auf dieser Plattform wurden bereits über 100 Prozesse digital abgebildet. Hierbei handelt es sich z.B. um Freigabeprozesse in der Beschaffung, Mängelmeldungen, Reinigungserfordernisse oder auch Verwaltungen von Impf-Kontingenten des Betriebsärztlichen Dienstes. Mit Ende des Supports von Microsoft für SharePoint 2019 im Spätsommer 2026 muss eine neue Lösung für die digitale Prozessabbildung gefunden werden.
Das UKH gehört zur kritischen Infrastruktur und unterliegt den Maßgaben des BSiG. Ziel der Vergabe ist es, eine Software mit lokaler Installation (on premise) zur Ablösung der aktuellen Workflowlösung als Campuslizenz für 4 Jahre oder auf Dauer zu beschaffen.
