Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Beschaffung und Nutzung des ISMS-Tools CRISAM zur Einführung und zum Betrieb eines ganzheitlichen Informationssicherheitsmanagements. Die Software unterstützt die Auftraggeberin bei der strukturierten Umsetzung, Dokumentation und Nachweisführung von Anforderungen aus den Bereichen Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz, Notfall- und Krisenmanagement sowie Lieferantenrisikomanagement. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Nutzerzugänge, ergänzende Funktionsmodule, der Betrieb der Lösung als cloudbasierter Dienst sowie unterstützende Beratungs- und Schulungsleistungen zur Einführung und Nutzung der Software.
