Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Beschaffung eines KIS-herstellerunabhängigen, mehrstufigen Ausfallkonzepts zur Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit patientenbezogener Daten bei IT-Störungen, Systemausfällen, Wartungsarbeiten, Cyberangriffen und Verschlüsselungsszenarien. Die Lösung umfasst insbesondere das hardwaregestützte „iris-KIS-Ausfallkonzept“ der NETCONNECT GmbH, bestehend aus einem zentralen „iris-PRINTBOX-Server“ einschließlich der Visualisierungskomponente „iris-VIEW“ sowie dezentralen „iris-PRINTBOXEN“. Ziel der Leistung ist es, die für den klinischen Betrieb erforderlichen Patientendaten auch bei schwerwiegenden Ausfällen der Krankenhausinformationssysteme innerhalb kurzer Zeit vor Ort verfügbar zu machen und dadurch die Patientenversorgung abzusichern.
