Description
Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die zeitlich befristete Überlassung (Subskription) von einer digitalen Whiteboarding-Software sowie deren Pflege, Support und die Erbringung von softwarenahen Vertragsleistungen (Implementierungsleistungen (Produktbefähigung), Customizing und Nutzer-Schulungsleistungen) im Wege eines Offenes Verfahren gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen. Die Whiteboarding-Lösung wird zur digitalen, interaktiven und kollaborativen Zusammenarbeit für Teams beschafft und soll on-Premise innerhalb der BWI betrieben werden.
Die Software soll eine webbasierte Plattform sein, die sowohl lokale als auch verteilte Teams unterstützt, sowie über Schnittstellen eine nahtlose Integration in bestehende Kollaborationslösungen, wie beispielsweise Videokonferenzlösungen, ermöglicht.
