Description
De dienst Centrum Menselijk Erfelijkheid wil een nieuwe software aankopen voor de interpretatie van next-generation sequencing data. Dit platform wordt gebruikt voor het bekijken, filteren, analyseren en rapporteren van genetische varianten. De ruwe data is afkomstig van de Genomics Core en zal ingeladen worden in de software.
Op basis van deze software kan er een klinische en biochemische interpretatie uitgevoerd worden voor het classificeren van genetische variant als goedaardig of pathogeen. Deze geïnterpreteerde data kan vervolgens via LIS naar de aanvragende arts verstuurd worden in de vorm van een klinisch verslag.
