Na de toewijzing aan de huidige dienstreizenleverancier (Omnia Travel Agency) was een investering nodig om de bestellingen via hun digitaal platform mogelijk te maken en dit op te volgen met de huidige financiële software. Wegens de technische verbondenheid met het huidige systeem en de aanpassingen naar de nieuwe financiële software en aankoopmodule bestaat er geen gelijkwaardig alternatief zonder dat er extra investeringen nodig zijn, die sowieso tijdeljik van aard zullen zijn owv de overgang naar nieuwe systemen zoals hierboven beschreven.
