De aanbesteder wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor “Tactische communicatiepartner”. Fluvius heeft nood aan externe ondersteuning inzake communicatie-activiteiten om haar ambities te helpen realiseren. De belangrijkste doelstellingen waar deze opdracht toe bijdraagt zijn:
- Het verder uitbouwen van het interne en externe imago en de reputatie van Fluvius in een veranderende wereld.
- Het versterken van de interne communicatie.
- Het promoten van producten en diensten van Fluvius naar klanten en potentiële klanten. Tegelijkertijd is het belangrijk dat we de samenhang tussen deze 3 doelstellingen bewaken. De partner zal tactische communicaties uitwerken om de positionering van Fluvius verder te versterken:
- Op maatschappelijk- en bedrijfsniveau (corporate communicatie).
- Als aantrekkelijke werkgever voor zijn huidige medewerkers.
- Qua producten en diensten (marketing en klantcommunicatie). Er zal in dit dossier gekozen worden voor Single Sourcing. De opdracht is niet ingedeeld in percelen.
