VOORWERP VAN DEZE LEVERINGEN Levering en installatie van software voor de boekhouding en beleids- en beheerscyclus voor lokaal bestuur Maaseik, inclusief onderhoudscontract met support TOELICHTING Het leveren, installeren en onderhouden (+support) van de toepassingen voor het beleidsmatig en financieel opvolgen van de beleidsdoelstellingen, actieplannen, acties en de boekhouding conform de regelgeving van het Decreet lokaal bestuur en het Besluit van de Vlaamse Regering over de beleids- en beheerscyclus van de lokale besturen. Deze toepassingen zullen gebruikt worden voor de opmaak van meerjarenplanning 2026 – 2031 voor de verschillenden entiteiten van lokaal bestuur Maaseik, momenteel Stad, OCMW, AGBI en AGBM. Optie: rapporteringstool LOOPTIJD De software dient zo snel mogelijk na sluiting van de opdracht geïnstalleerd te worden en gebruiksklaar (incl. opleiding).
Het onderhoudscontract met support wenst afgesloten te worden voor een periode van ca. 8 jaar. De voorbereidingen voor boekjaar 2026 dienen direct na ingebruikname van de software gestart kunnen worden (z.s.m. in 2025) en de administratie m.b.t. het laatste boekjaar(2031) moet volledig afgerond kunnen worden in 2032.
