Deze Selectieleidraad heeft betrekking op de realisatie van de Opdracht, bestaande uit het (her-)ontwikkelen van de site van Ter Beke, het Privaat Project, zijnde het ontwerp, de financiering en de realisatie van een privaat project, onder last van het uitvoeren van publieke omgevingswerken aan het (toekomstig) openbaar domein en de realisatie van een woonproject, via het verlenen van een ontwikkelingsrecht, middels de verkoop van gronden of het vestigen van een opstalrecht onder realisatievoorwaarden op gronden, heden eigendom van het OCMW. Het gaat voor het OCMW (en de Stad) om de belangrijke herontwikkeling van de site van Ter Beke.
