Le présent marché porte sur la mise à disposition des institutions nommées d’un outil en SaaS pour : la création, le lancement, la gestion et l’évaluation d’une campagne d’e-mailing ; la gestion des contacts de manière automatique et dynamique ; la mise à disposition d’une page cible (landing page) pour entre autres l’inscription à une lettre d’information. L’abonnement à l’une ou l’autre formule comprendra également les services de maintenance et de support. Ce marché n’est pas divisé en lots parce que les postes 1.1 et 1.2 sont intimement liés et les postes 2 et 3 sont liés au poste 1 ; la formation et la consultance doivent porter sur l’objet spécifique de l’offre, sur la configuration.
