Het realiseren/renoveren van de studentresidentie Garenmarkt 15 van het Europacollege. Het gebouw is enerzijds keuken/restaurant en anderzijds studentenaccommodatie met 49 kamers. De bedoeling van het Europacollege is om deze studentenresidentie grondig technisch te renoveren met optimaal comfort voor de studenten en professoren tot gevolg.
Dit kan maar met een eigentijds, kwalitatief en toekomstbestendig concept, gekoppeld aan het gebruik van de nieuwste technieken. Tegelijk moet vooral voor het hoofdgebouw, hetwelk een beschermde status heeft, optimaal rekening worden gehouden met de in Brugge geldende voorschriften.
