De bouw van het overslagstation voor verschillende afvalfracties omvat volgende deelaspecten:

De bouw van een overslaghal voor de overslag van huis-aan-huis fracties (gft, pmd, grofvuil, restafval, papier en karton en bermmaaisel) met een automatisch blussysteem
De bouw van een administratief gebouw waarin een onthaal, kantoorruimtes, refter, kleedkamers en douches zijn ondergebracht
De bouw van een stelplaats voor 10 ophaalwagens, die in de toekomst vervangen worden door elektrische ophaalwagens.
Het bouwen van een fietsenstalling en een parking voor het personeel
De buitenaanleg van het terrein met een toegang, een weegbrug, wegenis, infiltratiebekkens en groenaanleg.
De bouw van een kopcabine Op 7 juli 2025 werd de omgevingsaanvraag ingediend en werd verleend eind december 2025. De vooropgestelde planning van het project is als volgt:
