Description
De opdracht betreft het sluiten van een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor de uitbouw en het onderhoud van een stadsbreed modern analytics platform (hierna: Analytics platform). Deze raamovereenkomst zal worden gesloten voor een duur van 4 jaar, met mogelijkheid tot een uitbreiding tot 8 jaar. Gezien de raamovereenkomst niet exclusief is, behoudt de opdrachtgever - net als elke ander afnemer - steeds de vrijheid om een bepaalde aankoop niet via de raamovereenkomst maar volgens de gewone procedures, die de wet op de overheidsopdrachten toelaat, te voeren.
In voorkomend geval wordt dit niet als een wijziging van de opdracht beschouwd.
