Compte tenu de la nécessité de trouver d’urgence des infirmier·ère·s, le Fonds Intersectoriel des Services de Santé (FINSS) organise divers projets qui permettent à des travailleur·se·s souhaitant entamer une deuxième carrière dans les soins de santé de suivre une formation. Le FINSS exige une certaine certitude quant au choix de la formation, à la motivation et aux chances de réussite des candidat·e·s, ceux·celles-ci doivent donc être sélectionné·e·s par un·e évaluateur·rice. À cet effet, l’évaluateur·rice remplit les missions suivantes :

évaluer le choix de la formation, la motivation et les chances de réussite des candidat·e·s
formuler un avis objectif, motivé et nuancé concernant l’aptitude de chaque candidat·e à suivre la formation.
