Het voorwerp van deze opdracht bestaat in hoofdzaak uit de opmaak van asbestinventarisattesten (= “asbestattesten”) voor particulieren, ondernemingen en overheidsinstanties (scholen uitgezonderd) binnen het werkingsgebied van IGEMO, hierna (potentiële) afnemers genoemd. Bornem, Puurs-Sint-Amands, Willebroek, Mechelen, Bonheiden, Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Duffel, Putte, Lier, Berlaar, Nijlen en Heist-op-den-Berg en de gebouwen die in dit projectgebied gelegen zijn.
