De opdracht bestaat uit 2 onderdelen: 1a) Inrichten van de Microsoft 365 omgeving: - Inrichten van Microsoft 365 Tenant - Beveiliging en Compliance / 1b) Migratie bestaande server naar Sharepoint / 2) Dagelijks IT-beheer: Beheer van netwerken: Fungeren als contactpersoon met de uitbater van de WAN netwerk. Beheer en ondersteuning van bestaande LAN en WIFI netwerken op alle locaties. Beheer van printers: Ondersteuning en onderhoud van printers op alle locaties.
Managed Workplace: Beheer van ongeveer 50 werkplekken, inclusief installatie en configuratie. Ondersteuning Office 365: Beheer en ondersteuning van Office 365-toepassingen. IT Security: Implementatie van beveiligingsmaatregelen en monitoring van systemen.
Licentiebeheer: Beheer van softwarelicenties en compliance. Faciliteren van aankoop: Ondersteuning bij de aankoop van hardware en software. SPOC en ticketing systeem/helpdesk: Implementatie van een Single Point of Contact (SPOC) en een ticketingsysteem voor ondersteuning.
Locaties: Ondersteuning op meerdere locaties (momenteel 4, met mogelijke toekomstige wijzigingen).
