Het voorwerp van de opdracht is: Project F.A.S.T. = Files Aanpakken door Snelle Tussenkomst - Incidentafhandeling op de autosnelwegen A10, A11, A17, A18 en N31 in de provincie West-Vlaanderen. Het betreft het vrijmaken van de weg langs bovengenoemde autosnelwegen en ringwegen van voertuigen met een Maximaal Toegelaten Massa (MTM) < 3.5t. binnen het in art. 58 Wet Overheidsopdrachten (percelen) beschreven actiegebied. Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst.
De aanbesteder plaatst bestellingen in functie van haar behoeften. De werkelijk bestelde hoeveelheden kunnen verschillen van de hoeveelheden in de meetstaat. De hoeveelheden in de meetstaat zijn dan ook louter indicatief en dienen enkel voor de vergelijking van de offertes op het vlak van de prijs.
