Het voorwerp van deze opdracht is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst waarbij POM West--Vlaanderen, NV DLW, NV ILKW en NV ’t Werkpand gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst de partij waarmee de raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten, kan belasten met de uitvoering van deelopdrachten die kaderen binnen het verstrekken van externe advisering en begeleiding inzake:
- de ontwikkeling van de West-Vlaamse logistieke infrastructuren in haar beheer (River Terminal Wielsbeke, River Terminal Roeselare, Regionale Overslag Centra Veurne en Diksmuide, Spoorterminal Menen, Vrachtwagenparking Callicanes, Luchthaven Kortrijk-Wevelgem) en eventuele toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
- Bouwprojecten (nieuwbouw, renovatie, verduurzaming…) gelinkt aan het gebouwenpatrimonium van POM West-Vlaanderen en haar dochter nv ’t Werkpand.
