Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is de levering en inbedrijfstelling van twee geautomatiseerde TEM-staalvoorbereidingssystemen voor volledige 300 mm-wafers. Beide systemen moeten geschikt zijn voor het laden van 300 mm-wafers en moeten een uiterst nauwkeurige, geautomatiseerde TEM-staalvoorbereiding mogelijk maken. Beide systemen moeten in staat zijn tot een volledig geautomatiseerde staalvoorbereiding van kwaliteitsstalen en ultradunne stalen (minder dan 20 nm).
De geautomatiseerde eindpuntbepaling van het TEM-staal moet binnen het nanometerbereik nauwkeurig zijn op een specifieke structuur. Gasinjectie in het systeem voor de afzetting van koolstof, TEOS en wolfraam is vereist.
