- 1 parkeerplaats per woning voorzien o 10% bezoekersparkeren = 4 bijkomende parkeerplaatsen
- Gestapelde woning zoals omschreven, dus met enkel een terras, zijn in deze zone van het RUP niet mogelijk (Bergom – Randverkaveling). o De visie is dus wel degelijk voor grondgebonden woningen met een 'beperkte' tuinzone
- LIjst huidige bewoners met bowersprofiel (aantal mensen per woning), zie bijlage.
- Er zijn geen asbestattesten opgemaakt, maar er is asbest aanwezig LET op: S1 offerteformulier is aangepast: er wordt een coëfficiënt gevraagd voor: - bouw - infrastructuur verplicht plaatsbezoek op 24-11-2025. Dan kunnen er vragen gesteld worden. De antwoorden zullen per mail bezorgd worden aan iedere kandidaat.
