Deze gedeeltelijke studieopdracht betreft de aanstelling van een uitvoerende architect voor de restauratie en renovatie van de Bourlaschouwburg en het Schermenhuis, gelegen aan de Komedieplaats 18 en Orgelstraat 7 in Antwerpen. De kern van de opdracht voor de uitvoerend architect bestaat erin het vergunde ontwerp om te zetten in technisch robuuste en kostenbewust aanbesteding- en uitvoeringsdossier met blijvend respect voor erfgoed, het ontwerp en de doelstelling van het project. Gezien de complexiteit, schaal en erfgoedgevoeligheid van het project wordt een sterke nadruk gelegd op technische expertise, budgetbewaking incl. design to budget, planningsbeheersing en uitvoerbaarheid binnen marktcontext.
De uitvoerende architect wordt verwacht het dossier technisch uit te werken, te optimaliseren en uitvoeringsgericht te onderbouwen, en daarbij proactief oplossingen aan te reiken die de realisatie binnen het taakstellend budget en binnen een haalbare planning mogelijk maken.
