De gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch beoogt de implementatie van een gebruiksvriendelijk, schaalbaar en efficiënt Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-systeem. Deze aanbesteding heeft niet geleidt tot gunning van de opdracht. Vandaar deze nieuwe publicatie waarbij de aanbesteding grotendeels gelijk is gebleven. De geraamde waarde is ongeveer € 500.000,- voor 10 jaar, exclusief optionele of variabele kosten.
