De VUB wenst om de huidige loonberekeningsmotor, momenteel van aanbieder EasyPay, te vervangen door een moderne loonmotor. Van de inschrijver wordt verwacht dat hij een voorstel tot samenwerkingsmodel indient, waarin de loonverwerking wordt opgenomen door de inschrijver al dan niet in onderaanneming met een derde partij. De VUB is hierbij op zoek naar een partij die als integrerende partner deze oplossingen kan aanbieden, rekening houdend met de specifieke complexiteit betreffende loonadministratie en de uitdagingen binnen de huidige architectuur.
