Description
Overheidsopdracht voor het leveren, installeren, in dienst stellen en onderhouden van 1 pastastraat ofwel automatische kook- en koellijn genaamd. Dit voor de centrale productiekeuken van UZ Leuven. UZ Leuven bereidt tijdens weekdagen meer dan 3000 verse warme maaltijden en 1300 liter verse soep.
Per weekenddag worden ongeveer 750 warme maaltijden en 450 liter soep geserveerd. En dit zowel voor patiënten, bezoekers als personeelsleden. Wegens een verbouwing in de centrale keuken op campus Gasthuisberg (CPE) zullen verschillende industriële kooktoestellen vervangen worden.
Met het oog op efficiëntieverbeteringen zal er onder andere een automatische kook- en koellijn geplaatst worden voor pastaproducten. De automatische kook- en koellijn wordt gebruikt om pasta te koken en af te koelen. De kookketels, 1 om de pasta te koken en 1 om de pasta af te koelen, van het toestel dienen een kookcapaciteit van ongeveer 50 kg pasta, zowel korte als lange pasta, hebben.
Tevens dient het toestel eenvoudig en veilig te bedienen zijn en in makkelijk in onderhoud. De andere technische bepalingen van de pastastraat staan omschreven in deel III - technische bepalingen.
