Description
In combinatie met meetinstrumenten worden de Auto (Frame) Probers gebruikt voor parametrisch testen van afzonderlijke geïntegreerde schakelingen op wafer- of sample-niveau. Het apparaat moet ten minste geschikt zijn voor het testen van micrometerdunne (enkele honderden) tot millimeterdikke samples of wafers met een diameter van 200 mm en 300 mm en voor het aftasten van matrijzen op waferframes (voor 300 mm wafers op dicingframes).
