De opdracht omvat:

Ontwerpopdrachten m.b.t. integraal waterbeheer gekoppeld aan onbevaarbare waterlopen van 2e cat. binnen de provincie Antwerpen. Dit kan gaan over: het oplossen van vismigratieknelpunten, beek- en valleiherstel, aanleg van (natuurlijke) overstromingsgebieden, …
Het kan gaan om opdrachten vanaf de studiefase tot en met de oplevering van de werken of delen hiervan.
De raamovereenkomst zal hoofdzakelijk gebruikt worden voor kleine en middelgrote projecten of bij opdrachten die op korte termijn moeten opstarten. Voor meer complexe projecten kan de aanbestedende overheid ten allen tijde beslissen om te werken via mini-competitie of via afzonderlijke plaatsingsprocedures (buiten deze raamovereenkomst).
