de aankoop van een toestel voor het PVD Toestel voor MRAM Een 300mm wafer compatibel, multi-chamber PVD platform ontworpen voor hoge doorvoer van magnetische tunnelkruisingen. Daarnaast moeten de volgende PVD en proceskamerontwerpen worden ondersteund:
- Multi-kathode PVD-kamer
- Een voorreinigingskamer om native oxiden en andere verontreinigingen te verwijderen
- Ontgassing/annealing mogelijkheden
- Een cryogene trap (<100K) optie in, of ex situ van de PVD-modules.
Bovendien moet het platform compatibel zijn met Front Opening Universal Pods met een capaciteit van 25 sleuven, inclusief een Equipment Front End Module en load-lock systeem voor waferinvoer. Ten slotte moet de depositie computerbestuurd en geautomatiseerd zijn volgens gedefinieerde recepten. Als optie moet het platform compatibel zijn met automatische receptupload vanuit fab management software via een gestandaardiseerd protocol, bijvoorbeeld SECS/GEM.
